Project overview

Developed and executed a full-scale export digital marketing campaign for Ilumhouse across 10 international markets, positioning the Golden Circle Cabins project in Iceland as a premium case of Latvian craftsmanship in extreme climate conditions. The campaign combined strategic market positioning, high-end content production and lead generation performance advertising. To create authentic storytelling, our team travelled to Iceland to document the completed Airbnb cabin complex located on the iconic Golden Circle route — transforming the project into a powerful international sales reference.

Digital marketing channels

Executed multi-market digital lead generation campaigns across selected international markets, supported by performance-driven advertising and audience targeting. The strategy focused on export positioning, credibility building and generating qualified inquiries for Ilumhouse modular homes.

Campaign assets were adapted for digital advertising, website content, print materials and international sales communication.

Creative delivery

Produced full on-site content in Iceland, including professional photography, cinematic video production and storytelling materials documenting the Golden Circle Cabins project.

Content showcased:

  • 10 installed modular homes (32 m² Nordic model, climate-adapted)
  • Premium materials (Ruukki metal cladding, pine façade, Hansgrohe fixtures)
  • Structural adaptations for Iceland’s wind, rain and temperature conditions
  • The unique Golden Circle location near Geysir and Gullfoss

In addition to visual production, we developed:
